2v2 Soccer Tennis tournament
Service Description
Cal Crew is hosting a 2v2 Soccer Tennis Tournament this June! The tournament is an Adult Open. Participants 18+ are eligible to register and participate. Soccer Tennis is one of the fastest growing soccer subcultures and a true way to Joga Bonito. It's fun, fast paced, and electric! We'll have live music, food trucks, and more. This is an event the whole family can enjoy! Participants can register as a team (2 players) or as an free agent participant (single player) in which they will paired with another free agent player registered. This tournament will have a $500 cash prize guaranteed! The Championship team will receive a grand prize of $500. After eight teams have registered, 50% of the registration fee of all teams after will be entered back into the cash prize. More teams, bigger prize! Tournament structure, brackets, schedule and rules will be posted the week of the tournament. Divisions and brackets will be created based on number of registrations and then level and experience of the registrants.
Cancellation Policy
All purchases are final and California Crew Football Club has a no refund policy. In consideration of my participation in California Crew Football Club's (herein CCFC) Programs, I the participant / legal guardian of the participant hereby forever release and covenant not-to-sue CCFC, it's Coaches, Trainers, and all other agents and or officers, who conduct programming, from any and all present and future claims resulting from ordinary negligence on the part of CCFC or others listed for property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death, arising as a result of the participants engagement in or receiving instruction in CCFC's activities or any activities incidental thereto, wherever, whenever, or however the same may occur. In addition by registering for CCFC's programming I give CCFC consent to take pictures and videos for the purposes of advertising and promoting on CCFC's website, instagram, flyers, and other forms of media and promotional products. I hereby voluntarily waive any and all claims both present and future, resulting from ordinary negligence, that may be made by me, my family, estate, heirs, or assigns, and I relinquish on behalf of myself, spouse, heirs, estate and assigns the right to recover for injury or death. I am aware that soccer is vigorous activity that can involve severe cardiovascular stress and violent physical contact. I understand that participation in soccer can involve certain risks, including, but not limited to, death, serious neck and spinal injuries resulting in complete or partial paralysis, brain damage, and serious injury to virtually all bones, joints, muscles, and internal organs, and that equipment provided for my protection may be inadequate to prevent serious injury. In addition, I understand that participation in MGA's Programs involves activities incidental thereto, including, but not limited to, travel to and from the site of the activity, participation at sites that may be remote from available medical assistance, and the possible reckless conduct of other participants. I, the participant / legal guardian of the participant, am voluntarily participating in this activity with knowledge of the danger involved and hereby agree to accept any and all risks of property damage, personal injury, or death.
